SHIPPING POLICY

Made to order items ship within 2-4 weeks, while in-stock items will ship in up to 7 business days.

Shipping is complimentary for orders over $120. Expedited shipping is available for orders containing all in stock items. Please note that if you choose an expedited shipping option with made to order items, this will only take effect once the entire order is ready for shipment. If you wish to receive a partial shipment, please reach out to hello@gemmachic.com, additional shipping charges will apply.

U.S. Orders
For orders shipped to the United States, our shipping rates include all applicable taxes and duties. This means you won’t have to pay extra upon delivery, but it also makes the shipping cost slightly higher.

Due to customs regulations, we currently accept orders up to USD $60 per transaction. If you’d like to purchase more, please place multiple separate orders or contact us at hello@gemmachic.com for assistance.

Gemma Chic is not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Shipping fees are non refundable and we are not responsible for carrier delays.


PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.  


RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Gemma Chic wants you to be happy with your purchase, if you are unsatisfied with your order we will  accept your return within 14 days of your order's arrival. Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for used or opened accessories, hair care and hair brushes or tools.

All of our custom products are made to order, so we are unable to accept returns for any custom items.

All returns must be in their original packaging with tags attached, and unworn. Please email hello@gemmachic.com with your return request within 14 days of the delivery date. The returnee is responsible for any additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for any return packages not received. Any return request after 14 days of the order being delivered only qualifies for store credit. Return request made 30 days after your order was delivered, will result in final sale.

Due to the rapidly rising costs of international shipments, we are unable to offer any exchanges for orders. For returns we are unable to reimburse any return shipping costs, duties or taxes. Refunds for international orders will be processed to the payment method used at checkout minus any shipping costs, or issued as store credit in the form of a gift code.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

Monogrammed and Sale items are final sale therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
