Description

With the most adorable detailing (we're talking heart-shaped pockets), 'Marianella' just might be the darling of our collection. She's made from stretch cotton with dainty rose florals and you'll notice the pink gingham trims help define the waistline by highlighting our signature boned corsetry. To match, we've added checked bows on the straps, the cutest heart-shaped pockets, and if you unbutton the bustline you might see a hint of it there too!

For comfort we've added wide straps and a zip at the back, while the silhouette continues to flatter. And to finish? the voluminous mini skirt has a delicate lace trim and it's lined to give it that signature flow that moves with your body.

Some say length doesn’t matter, but we beg to differ. That’s why this skirt comes in two options – our 'Regular' and 'Longer' lengths (see below for length specifics).

By using digital printing techniques as opposed to other printing methods we have reduced water wastage using this process.

When will my order ship?

We have a small crew that ships each order with love, directly from our HQ. Please allow about up to 3-7 business days for your order to ship out. A tracking number will be emailed to you at that time. Shipping times may increase during new product drops and sales.

Will I receive an order confirmation and tracking?

Yes, you will receive both! If you haven't seen an order confirmation come through within 24 hours, make sure to check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, email us at hello@gemmachic.com.

Can you cancel or modify my order before it ships?

Can you expedite my order?

Please note that while we can expedite your order on our end, once we hand it over to the carrier, it will follow their delivery times and delays.

What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or returned to sender?

Gemma Chic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. Gemma Chic is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided & returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.

What if I need to make a change to my address?

Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout. If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address.

What is your returns/exchange policy?

We hope you love your Gemma Chic products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery, these items may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note that return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for used or opened accessories. Refunds for domestic orders shipped within the United States will be processed to the payment method used at checkout minus any shipping costs, or issued as store credit in the form of a gift code. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange.

All of our custom products are made to order, so we are unable to accept returns for any custom items.

Due to the rapidly rising costs of international shipments, we are unable to offer any exchanges for international orders. For international returns we are unable to reimburse any return shipping costs, duties or taxes. Refunds for international orders will be processed to the payment method used at checkout minus any shipping costs, or issued as store credit in the form of a gift code.
