SHIPPING POLICY

Made to order items ship within 2-4 weeks, while in-stock items will ship in up to 5 business days.

Domestic ground shipping is complimentary for orders over $99. Expedited shipping is available for orders containing all in stock items. Please note that if you choose an expedited shipping option with made to order items, this will only take effect once the entire order is ready for shipment. If you wish to receive a partial shipment, please reach out to hello@gemmachic.com, additional shipping charges will apply.

Gemmachic is not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Shipping fees are non refundable and we are not responsible for carrier delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is complimentary for orders over $120. All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges. Any import duties and taxes that are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.

META SHIPPING POLICY

All items purchased via Instagram/Facebook checkout are ready to ship and will ship out within 2-3 business days. Only items that are ready to ship will be available for purchase on Instagram/Facebook checkout.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.
