We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $99, with a flat shipping fee of $9.90 for orders below this amount.
For international orders, enjoy free shipping on purchases over $120. A $9.90 shipping fee applies to orders below this threshold.

You may request a return or refund within 10 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@gemmachic.com
with your order number and a short note about the issue.
Please note that refunds are not available after 10 days, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us before sending anything back — unapproved returns may not be accepted.
A 10–20% handling fee may apply to cover processing and inspection costs. In some cases, our team may offer alternative solutions such as partial refunds or exchanges, depending on the situation.
